Prosecutors to seek death penalty against 23-year-old accused of gunning down officer

Winn used to be charged with aggravated ruin and tried aggravated ruin, in accordance to David O’Neil, a spokesman for the Ohio Attorney Frequent’s Office.

He is due to return to court docket on February thirteen for a preliminary hearing.
